MONO APEX EXTRUSION & AUTO APEX APPLICATOR
The equipment is intended for automatic apex application on bead for oversized tyres. The
equipment consists of extrusion, down stream and apex application section control by common control
system. The advantage of this solution is application of hot mono or duplex apex profile on bead wire.
Loading and unloading of beads is ensured by lifting manipulator.
