METAL GRAPHITE BRUSHES WORKING LINE
The machine is intended for high-capacity machining small metallographite brushes. The line is equipped with a system for measuring machined dimension on all brushes with subsequent selection of good and wrong pieces.
MACHINING OPERATIONS:
- Metallographite brush thisness machining of with precisionn ± 0,02 mm.
- Metallographite brush upper edges machining.
- Necking-down or draw radius machining.
METALLOGRAPHITE BRUSH PARAMETERS:
- a = 3 – 10 mm
- r = 7 – 20 mm
- t = 3 – 8 mm
- R = 5 – 20 mm
- L = 10 – 70 mm (cable length)
MACHINE PRODUCTIVITY:
- Q = 8 000 pcs / 8 hours.
OPERATING PERSONNEL:
- 1 person inserting brushes in the vibration feeding guide.
